Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unused and unworn products.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
The product must be returned with original packaging and invoice
The return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalised jewellery, customised orders, and items purchased during special clearance sales are not eligible for return unless received in a defective condition.
Aynaa Silver reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the refund.
Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The refund amount will be the same as the purchase price mentioned on the original invoice.
Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchange Policy
We also offer exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Exchange is allowed for size issues or product replacement.
The product must be unused and in original condition.
Exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
